Barry Cain

I started piano at the age of six and learned other instruments along the way. I was a Music Minister for over 20 years and did work in recording studios. I was mostly influenced by the 80's rock and Contemporary Christian Music. My first album "Press On" was released in 1987 and also recorded a Live album "You Are Worthy" in 2001. I am currently an entertainment technician for one of the largest entertainment companies in the world.

First, I want to thank you for taking the time and connecting with me. I wanted to tell you how this album came to be. In April of 2020 due to the Covid 19 virus, I was furloughed from my job like most of the entertainment business was. So I went in to my studio and began recording some of the old songs from my previous projects. After a short time I realized that these songs of Faith and Encouragement were still relevant especially during this current situation. So I decided to release these re-recorded songs and call the album "Take 2". There is one song "He Will Come Through" that has never been released.
